Modeling work for a local photographer
So after extensive traveling and new adventures, I am embarking on a new kind of adventure, being an entrepreneur! After a lot of soul searching and several instances of almost booking a plane ticket back to Shanghai, I decided to focus on building a business (actually two)before I head off anywhere super exotic. My new plan is to build businesses that I can run from anywhere my little heart desires. So I have been working like a madwoman and having a little bit of fun but mostly just working my but off!
I started in January and now have three websites which was a huge undertaking for me having not been a techie girl in the past. But there is something like an important project to give you a desire to learn quickly!

The last four months have been a whirlwind in which I have:
*Started all my businesses and infrastructure, a ton of work!
*Launched a TV show Healing Powers TV which is online now and soon will be broadcast in over 130,000 homes in Colorado very soon : )
*Created a podcast to interview those I can’t see in person.
*Went to CES (Consumer Electronics Show) with my friend Rob and saw some cool stuff and had a nutty 24 hours in Las Vegas.
*Went to NYC for a publishing conference which blew my mind and then partied with great friends (Nicole, Joseph, and my new friend Hugh) and fell in love with the big apple!
*Wrote a ton of content for my various websites and companies.
*Attended a crazy amount of meetings to meet people and get the word out about what I am doing.
*Worked lot on a Conference for Women which I am co-producing, which will be happening in a couple of weeks.
*Modeled for a local photographer and in a Japanese Street Fashion Runway Show for Denver Fashion Expo.
*Enjoyed riding my scooter around town and pretending like this vintage BMW bike is mine : )

I write this on the eve of leaving for a quick trip to Miami for a rum event which should be great fun and I am definitely ready for some fun! In thinking about where I was last year at this time, I was living in Shanghai and getting ready to go to Tokyo. Wow! So much can happen in a year….
Makes me wonder where I (and you) will be next year this time!
